The front properties boast stunning, cliff-edge infinity pools with exceptional views of Grace Bay, Turtle Cove and the North Shore. The villas’ floor-to-ceiling windows invite guests to relax into indoor – outdoor island living. There is also a vast sundeck, and convenient outdoor kitchen area with built in BBQ. Steps lead down to the tropical sand garden below.

The open-plan living area features a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, ample lounge seating as well as a more formal dining space: ideal for a family vacation experience. The villas’ dimensions vary between 4-6 bedroom suites, depending on whether they are beachfront or back onto the garden. The largest properties in the gardens are arranged on two floors, and boast larger entertainment space and terraces.

The resort style amenities include a full concierge service, which allows guests to hire a local chef to prepare relaxed gourmet meals in the villa, or a butler to serve afternoon cocktails around the sun-deck. To top it off, guests can enjoy the evening beach fire with personalised S’mores.

The communal beach stretches across 600ft of perfect white sand. An attendant is on hand to help with the kayaks, snorkelling and water toys. There is daily morning yoga in front of the gym and in high season, a bar-café caters for guests.
