The amenities are akin to a mini resort. Spend your days playing volley & bocce ball. Kayak in the tranquil clear waters around the rock tips of South shore. At dusk practise your golf putting on the mini three holes. This is a special villa with a white sand private crescent beach on the tranquil lagoon side and a rockier ocean side with dock for launching the water sports toys and enjoying the best of the Caicos banks. At dusk draw a chair up at the beach bar, play some pool and toast the perfect undisturbed sunset.

The open plan living ideal for relaxed barefoot living combines modern sleek lines and natural palate with the latest in technology. You do not have to worry about the kitchen, the chef is stationed there to produce the informal villa dining that complements your beach vacation. Sonos music system throughout allows you to enjoy your own private pool party as with no close neighbours to disturb, turn the volume up and party under the stars. 

The luxury suites with ocean views are standard white with an accent wall. These are travellers rooms, ideal to put your case in. The real luxury is the Spa standard bathroom and products. Although described as equal and having one vision, with two King Suites and the others quite crowded double queens, the suite configuration shaped our final recommendation.   

It is a few minutes extra drive from more populated high-end areas so you get absolute tranquillity and privacy. However as the house with a full complement of staff island life is perfect. 

This is a villa we would want to share with our own families and friends. We highly recommendation for Five Couples or two – three families looking for a shared luxury beach vacation experience. The chef, staff and amenities along with the position make it stand out in the luxury villa market.
